Dear Young Adults,

Please know that:

You are loved, 

You are worthy, 

You are enough, 

You are beautiful, 

And most importantly, 

You are perfect just the way you are. 

Please know that:

People, relationships, & friends will come and go in your life — and that’s ok, 

It does NOT matter how many likes, swipes, or followers you have, 

It is toxic to compare yourself to others, 

It is important to surround yourself with people who uplift you,

And most importantly, 

There is only one you — made to do great things in this world.

Please know that:

One kind word can change someone’s entire day,

It is important to treat others as you would like to be treated,

You never truly know what another person may be going through,

Every single person has insecurities — even if they appear confident,

And most importantly, 

Inner beauty is true beauty. 

Believe in yourself. Chase your dreams. Be kind to others. Stand up to evil & hatred. 

And most importantly, change the world for the better.
